Description: This painting won first prize in the London Imam Redha Art Competition 2018 in celebration of his birth.

This piece is centred with the golden dome of Imam Reza (AS), and hoisted on top is the green flag, replaced by the black one, to celebrate his birth anniversary. Besides the dome, other main features of this piece include one of the minarets of Imam Reza's (AS) shrine, as well as the known public drinking water fountain, that is situated in the middle of the Sahne. 

The main message behind the piece is; on the birthday of our 8th Imam, the holy shrine hosts millions of pilgrims from across Iran and other parts of the world, who gather together to celebrate this special day. Inspired by traditional Iranian Art and design, this piece is arched with an impressionistic style expressing my view of what spirituality may look like. To complete the piece, a flower design is situated on the bottom right corner of piece with a selection of warm colours, also inspired by Iranian Art theme colours.
